They <a href=\"https:\/\/newsinfo.inquirer.net\/2188223\/militant-groups-demand-release-of-2-edsa-protesters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">face<\/a> charges including physical injury, direct assault, resisting arrest, and illegal assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Kabataan Partylist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulatlat.com\/2026\/02\/28\/progressives-decry-police-brutality-at-edsa-rally\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">condemned<\/a> the arrests as unjust, saying they reflect the ongoing suppression of the people\u2019s right to peaceful assembly. According to Kabataan Representative Atty.
